Welcome to Extended Stay Deluxe Anchorage - Downtown. Our hotel is designed especially for longer stays with one bedroom suites featuring amenities you won't find in a typical hotel room.


Business Services
Complimentary incoming fax; Copy service and outgoing fax services are available for a small fee; Mail, faxes and packages delivered directly to guest rooms at the end of each business day.
Housekeeping Service
One Full Housekeeping Service is provided for guests staying seven or more nights. Full Service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed and is performed once every seven days. Additional Full Service cleanings can be purchased at $10.00 per service. Towel exchange is available at the Front Desk for guests staying one to six nights. All guests can also purchase a Refresh Service at $5.00 per service. The Refresh Service includes replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed, and making bed with existing linens. Dishes are not washed during either service. Check In / Check Out
Check-in time for arriving guests will be 3:00 p.m. Guests arriving earlier may be asked to store their bags and wait until a room becomes available. Check-out time for departing guests will be 11:00 a.m. Property management may agree to extend the standard check-out hour based on property availability and demand.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel reservation at least 48 hrs. prior to the date of arrival or the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.
Pet Policy
One pet is allowed in each guest room. A $25 per day non-refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed $150) will be charged the first night of your stay. Weight, size and breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the hotel directly with inquiries. Please Note: "Signature" rooms do not currently accommodate pets, with the exception of handicap accessible rooms.

The guest room carpet is cleaned, all bedding is washed, and a professional exterminator treats the room after a guest with a pet checks out. Occupied guest rooms with pets are similarly cleaned monthly in the event of a long-term stay.
Please note that there is no longer a weight restriction for pets.
